TCBtW #8 - Mockingbird Review

On this week’s The Cast Beyond The Wall, our Game of Thrones podcast, Austin, Daniel, and I are here to discuss the Baelish themed episode, “Mockingbird,” where my man crush levels hit insane amounts of dangerous as we talk about Lysa’s swan dive through the moon door.

To crack things wide open, we begin by making long term predictions about where the series as a whole is heading. We then catch up with Dany, the Wall and the odd ongoings of  Dragonstone. With the epic trial by combat looming in the not so distant future, we also take a look inside Tyrion’s cell as he tries to find a champion who can stand a chance against Cersei’s gargantuan: Gregor “The Mountain” Clegane.

Check it all out in the newest episode of The Cast Beyond The Wall and be sure to come back next week for more.

TCBtW #7 - The Laws Of Gods And Men Review

The Cast Beyond The Wall is back this week with guest host Dalton Stewart of Good Trash Genre Cast fame to discuss the newest episode of Game of Thrones, which features one of the most powerful and gut-wrenching moments of the entire series.

In this week’s episode, we get our first glimpse into the much talked about the city of Braavos, where Stannis and Davos appeal to the Gringotts….I mean Iron Bank to fund a new army. There’s more though, as Austin is finally relieved to see the Greyjoys return as Yara charges Ramsey’s fort to take back her long lost brother, Theon, and Daenerys learns that ruling a kingdom isn’t all it’s cracked up to be as her dragons begin taking down goats. To close out, we discuss Peter Dinklage’s Emmy class speech that had all our jaws on the floor as he pleaded for a trial by combat to prove his innocence.

TCBtW #6 - The First of His Name Review

It's time for another addition to one of the most exciting Game of Thrones conversations on the web with this week's episode of The Cast Beyond the Wall! I'm joined by co-hosts Daniel Stull, Austin Lucari, and special guest host Jessica Martin.

In this week's episode of the Cast Beyond the Wall, the gang discusses the shocking reveal about Jon Arryn's poisoner and it changes everything we've already seen unfold. Cercei continues her political masterminding as she visits each of Tyrion's judges before the big trial begins. Is everyone's favorite dwarf finally backed into a corner even he can't talk his way out of?

Lastly, we make sure not to miss a beat in the North's unmapped territory as Bran and Jon come ever closer to that Stark reunion we'll never get to have. Oh yeah, when did Jon versus Karl Tanner turn into Mortal Kombat? Tune in to hear all our thoughts and hear your questions answered!

TCBtW #5 - Oathkeeper Review

In this week’s episode of The Cast Beyond the Wall, myself, Daniel, and Austin are joined by special guest host Ryan Siggers to review this week’s Westeros shattering episode, “Oathkeeper.”

From Daenery’s brilliant tactics to Jaime’s continued walk down the road to redemption and a whole mess of shenanigans up at the Wall, “Oathkeeper” was a truly fantastic outing for the show and we’re here to unravel all of the latest developments.

To round out our discussion, we talk about how the final 15 minutes of the episode changed the rules by taking even the seemingly ever knowing book readers by surprise. We also ask the all-important question of what does this supposed “Night King” mean for the future of the show? Tune in to find out!
