Everything we've seen in House of the Dragon so far has been leading up to Visery's death and the inevitably bloody fallout, and in true Game of Thrones tradition, "The Green Council," delivers a pulse-pounding episode nine race between Alicent and Otto Hightower to secure Aegon ahead of his coronation.
